Exorcist on Discovery Channel?
There were some reports that the Vatican was teaming up with the the Discovery Channel for a program about exorcisms titled the Exorcist Files. It turns out those reports were false according to Fr. Federico Lombardi (Vatican Press Office director). Read more from Catholic News Agency about this.

Nuns on Oprah, again
It turns out people do people do want to see fervent Catholic sisters on Oprah. A little while back the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist made an appearance on Oprah. The show was such a success that another episode of Oprah and the Dominican Sisters will be airing on November 23 - check your local listing! These Dominican sisters have been experiencing the fruit of their works - they recently purchased the JPII Cultural Center in Washington DC due to the great increase in vocations to the order. Promising signs for religious life in the future.

Ordination Mass Coadjutor Bishop O'Connell
The Ordination Mass of Coadjutor Bishop David M. O’Connell is coming up this Friday, July 30, at 2pm at St. Mary of the Assumption Cathedral in Trenton. Poker Priest
If you want to build a new Church sometimes you have to be creative to raise money. Fr. Andrew Trapp did just that. He went on Fox TV's poker show and won $100,000 - all money is being donated to the construction of a new Church. It is possible that he can still win the million dollar prize. St. Josemaria Escriva in the News
Everyone knows that Opus Dei has not always received a fair shake in the media, think Da Vinci Code, well today seems different then the past. The Times (a Trenton newspaper) ran a story about a 13 week series on EWTN about St. Josemaria Escriva. The show is aptly titled St. Josemaria Escriva and Opus Dei and was filmed entirely in South Orange, NJ. The secular paper gave fair treatment to St. Josemaria/Opus Dei and EWTN - see miracles do still happen! Read their coverage here. The New York Times also ran a positive story some time back about a possible upcoming movie on St. Josemaria. The director made a name for himself with films such as The Mission.
