The Catholic Church teaches that the respect for human life is the foundation of all social justice teachings. What does that mean for me? What are my responsibilities to the most vulnerable among us - both born and unborn?
Reverend Ian Trammell, Director of the Office of Life and Justice Ministries of the Diocese of Trenton, will be at St. Joan of Arc in Martlon on Tuesday, September 21, at 7:30 PM, to help us find answers to these and other questions. If you are in the area, please join us.
We will begin with a short prayer service for life, followed by Benediction, at 7:00 PM. Both the prayer service and Fr. Trammell's talk will take place in the church.
Everyone is invited to attend.
The St. Joan of Arc Life and Justice ministry is asking all who attend to please bring canned goods or other non-perishable food items to help the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry.
Thank you,
Effie
